No matter whether you are an automobile manufacturer, a car dealer or have a car
rental company: for many of our customers, transport stands only at the beginning or the end
of a series of individual services. In our compounds, we additionally offer a wide
range of services.
The compound in Neuss, for instance, is responsible for the entire daily production
of the Ford factory in Cologne. Also in Munich, at BMW, we take over the task of
a forwarding agent: our specialised staff inspects the brand-new vehicles and
controls the optical and technical standards. The conservation of cars with a
layer of wax also belongs to our standard service for car manufacturers.
For car dealers who, for example, buy new cars, it is important that these cars are ready
for sale immediately after delivery. For them, we offer the "pre-sales-
service", which is the careful removal of the wax seal from new cars ("dewaxing")
as well as the expert disposal of protective foils. The following "finishing", the
thorough cleaning of the car's inside and outside ensures that your new acquisition looks best
there, where it is most important: in your sales room.
Our service for second-hand cars is even more extensive. No matter whether the owners of car
rental or vehicle fleet companies want their cars to get
ship-shape, or whether car dealers buy second-hand cars - before the vehicles can
be sold, in many cases small repairs are necessary. Our "smart-repair"-service
repairs the paintwork, removes all the small, annoying cracks in plastic parts, burn
holes and dents - the latter without damaging the paintwork. Our "show room
conditioning" makes sure that only a glance at the speedometer reveals that this is a second-hand car and not a brand-new one.
Our experience in the field of providing technical service ("re-marketing")
rounds off our range of offers. Our specialist staff carries out special spraying and
sheet metal works as, for instance, design spraying or optical tuning. The "predelivery
inspections" are also an important element. Here, with the help of engine diagnostic and test
drives we make sure that the cars are in a perfect condition. Even the smallest faults are
immediately and precisely noted down and removed afterwards. Also special modifications (for
example the installation of sunroofs) and the installation of special accessories (such as
navigation systems or hands-off systems) are no problem for our service team.
With the help of our complete service, the cars get to you in exactly the
condition you wish them to be in - as if they had just left the production centre.
